People undertaking major cycling rides, such
as, charity riders, racers and cycling
enthusiasts, often need some help learning
how to eat for these events.

understand guide for avid cyclists.
Not eating properly can ruin what would have
been a great day of cycling. Your body and
brain are both just miserable at the end of
the day. If, shortly after you start a long
ride you are telling yourself, “never
again”, chances are you’re under-eating. You
don't lack muscles or fitness, it’s just
that you didn’t give your legs the groceries
and fluid they needed.
